Warm Black Bean Dip

45 oz canned black beans, rinsed & drained *
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp dried cilantro
4.5 oz canned green chilis
1/4 cup salsa verde ) check label for sugar and carbs )
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese

1.Preheat oven to 400
2.Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray
3.In the bowl of a food processor combine black beans, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, green chilis, salsa verde & sour cream
4.Pulse until smooth
5.Taste and add in additional seasonings if needed
6.Pour bean mixture into prepared casserole dish and top with cheese
7.Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown on the edges
8.Serve immediately
