Skinny Shake

Have you tried the Skinny Shake before, it tastes like a Wendy’s frosty:
3/4 cup Almond Milk
about 15 ice cubes (or less)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder (some people prefer less)
1/3 of a Frozen Banana
Blend to perfection.
Add I scoop vanilla protein powder
Sweetener of your choice: Stevia, a few dates, xylitol or agave.
