Simple Fruit Dip
8 oz strawberry cream cheese, at room temperature (plain if using multiple fruit)
7 oz marshmallow creme
In a medium mixing bowl, using a fork, whisk together strawberry cream cheese and marshmallow cream until well combine. Serve with fruit for dipping (my favorites are strawberries, apple slices, blueberries or diced pineapple. This is also delicious with mini pretzels). Store in refrigerator up to three days, stir again before serving.
You can use any flavor of cream cheese. What ever compliments the fruit your using. A personal favorite is Honey and Nut Cream Cheese. This can also be used as a base to fruit salad or dolloped on the top of a fruit bowl for decoration.
