Healing Ice Cream


1 1/2 cup Raw Organic Cashew nuts soaked overnight and rinsed
1 cup fresh Ripe Mango, peeled and chopped
1 can Organic Coconut Milk
3/4 Raw Agave Nectar
1/2 cup Chopped Raw Organic Pecans

Night before, cover cashews with water and set aside. Rinse and chop pecans and place in dehydrator to dry overnight. Blend all ingredients except pecans on high speed. Pour into 1.5 quart ice cream maker. Stir in pecans after ice cream is done.
