2 cans whole kernel corn, drained (can use mexicorn)
2 cans chopped green chilis
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup salsa
cumin to taste
1/4 -1/2 cup jalapeños (sliced or chopped)
Mix all ingredients together. Chill at least 2 hours. Better if you let it chill overnight.
If you like things spicy, add 2 more jalapeno peppers, 2 cloves of minced garlic, sea salt to taste, and chopped cilantro to taste.
Serve with corn chips, crackers, or veggie sticks!
