3-Day Detox

Breakfast:

Green tea with lemon

Juice:

1c water

1Tbs flaxseed

1c raspberries

1 banana

1/4c spinach

1Tbs Almond Butter

2tsp lemon juice

 

Lunch

juice:

1/2c almond milk

4 celery stalks

1 cucumber

1c kale

1/2 green apple

1/2 squeezed lime

1Tbs melted coconut oil

1c pineapple

 

Dinner

juice:

1 1/2c coconut water

1c blueberries

1/2c mango

1c kale

1Tbs lemon juice

1/4 avocado

1/4tsp cayenne pepper

1Tbs flaxseed

 

Drink tea upon waking. Drink breakfast smoothie within 1 hour of waking. Follow with 1/2 mulitvitamin and fish oil supplement. Have another 1/2 mulitvitamin and fish oil supplement after lunch. Repeat favorite drink as snack between lunch and dinner if hungry.
